Hybrid Battery Recycling For Businesses

We Recycle Lithium-Ion Hybrid Car Batteries

Are Hybrid Batteries Recyclable?

Hybrid Battery Disposal Service

We provide collections for lithium hybrid and electric vehicle batteries. Our recycling services cater to businesses across the UK looking for an environmentally responsible service for their battery waste.

As of the end of February 2024, the number of hybrids and electric vehicles with a plug in on the road increased by 23.9%. With this growth, sustainable disposal methods for EV and hybrid batteries became paramount. We specialise in lithium-ion battery recycling for these vehicles.

ADR-Verified Logistics

Our collection service is ADR-verified, meaning we adhere to the strict guidelines for the safe transportation of hazardous materials like vehicle batteries. Lithium-ion batteries, especially from hybrid and electric vehicles, require careful handling to prevent environmental hazards. We ensure full compliance with regulations so your battery pack collection is secure and legally sound.

Reuse and Recycling Service

LithiumCo is committed to providing a high-quality reuse and recycling service. From EV battery recycling to hybrid car battery disposal, we utilise state-of-the-art technology and recycling methods that ensure maximum recovery of valuable materials. Our process not only diverts materials from the waste stream but also supports the circular economy by returning key resources to the supply chain. These can then be used for energy storage and other new applications.

SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS

Why Choose Our Hybrid Car Battery Disposal Service?

Hybrid batteries, including lithium-ion and nickel-metal hydride batteries, are fully recyclable. As the number of electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid cars on the road continues to grow, the demand for sustainable battery disposal has never been greater. Hybrid and EV batteries contain valuable materials, like lithium, nickel, and cobalt, that can be recovered through a specialised recycling process.

As hybrid vehicle batteries reach the end of their life, safe disposal becomes crucial. Improper disposal of hybrid car batteries, including those with nickel-metal hydride or lithium-ion technology, can lead to environmental harm. Our specialised hybrid car battery disposal service ensures that these components are broken down responsibly, with an emphasis on extracting and reusing precious metals. Whether from hybrid vehicles or internal combustion engine systems transitioning to electric, we can help you dispose of car batteries the right way.
